Whole Bowl of the Day

  • Brown basmati rice with millet and ghee
  • Collard greens and green beans with cashews, sesame oil, turmeric and coriander
  • Spaghetti squash with pesto
  • Pesto:  1 bunch spinach, 1 bunch basil, 1/2 cup cashews (cooked in a pan til golden), 1/3 cup sesame oil, 1 1/2 T fresh chopped ginger, 1 1/2 T tahini, 1 t cumin powder, 1/2 t mineral salt, water as needed.

Whole Bowl of the Day

  • Brown basmati rice and red quinoa with ghee
  • Adzuki beans with sesame oil, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, kombu and asafoetida
  • Lemon cucumber, regular cucumber, and celery with sesame oil, fresh fennel, fresh ginger, dill seeds and cumin
  • Collard greens and broccoli with ghee, fresh parsley, fresh ginger, turmeric, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds

  • White basmati rice with coconut and cardamom
  • Black eyed peas with sesame oil, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and asafoetida
  • Sweet potatoes and yams with coconut, cinnamon, fresh ginger and a sprinkle of nutmeg
  • Collard greens and swiss chard with ghee, turmeric, fresh ginger, fennel seeds, cumin, and coriander

A Sweet Summer Meal

Barley, garbanzos, creamed sweet corn and greens

  • Barley with ghee, parsley and lemon
  • Garbanzos with ghee, sesame seeds, cumin, coriander, turmeric and asafoetida
  • Creamed sweet corn with basil, salt and pepper
  • Collard greens and kale with ginger, turmeric, coriander, and mustard seeds

Topped with fresh sprouts and lots of love.  All veggies came from the farmer’s market the previous day!
