  1. so beautiful! look at all those colors!! i love them! i cant wait to see the recipes!! im starting an all organic, raw diet. so far its amazing! if i only knew how to cook like this. These bowls/food seem very holistic ❤

    • Thanks Esmeralda! Colorful meals are the best 🙂 All ingredients are organic and the vegetables were harvested from the earth within about 4 days of cooking…this brings such great energy to the food, and our bodies! Be careful going all raw (at least ease yourself into it!), as those foods can be more difficult to digest and may cause bloating, gas, constipation, indigestion. You know to listen to your body and see how she takes it 🙂 Much love and aloha xo
