  • Garbanzo beans with sesame oil, cumin, coriander, mustard seed, turmeric and asafoetida
  • Sweet potatoes with sage, thyme, coriander, and a pinch of nutmeg
  • Kale and brussels sprouts with cumin seed, fennel seed and coriander
